This was photographed for a catering menu. ?This seemed more like a regal dish, so I decided to use a golden fabric for it. I really wanted the interesting plate shape to stand out, so I wanted to use a background that accentuate the plate.

This was photographed for a catering menu. ?I just loved all the textures and colors in this photo and it’s probably one of my favorites in the series I had done for the catering menu. I used the purple backdrop because I felt it made the lettuce and greens pop, and coordinated nicely with the red/purples of the meats.
